Jr. Subject Matter Expert (Multiple Positions)

Roles & responsibilities

Defines the problems and analyzes and develops plans and requirements in the subject matter area for Public Key Infrastructure systems. Coordinates and manages the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for proper implementation of programs and systems specifications in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life-cycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.

Analyzes the SIPR REL DMZ delegated identify infrastructure and develops a design to issue a delegated identity credential to the SIRP REL DMZ proxy.

Provides architecture and design guidance.  Performs design and code reviews.  Evaluates, tests, and reports on emerging technologies.  Interacts with vendors.  Provides requirements input to JITC PKE testing. 


BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Engineering. 7 years of experience in the IT field.

At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in PKI.

Top Secret clearance.

U.S. citizen

Cryptographic smartcard login
