The manufacturing capacity for X Technologies’ ranges from small to large workloads,  comprising circuit card  assemblies, cable harnesses, flight line accessory units, and adapter assemblies. We provide manufacturing and repair service for a wide array of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. Our manufacturing capability ranges from prototype development, First Article units, and build-to-print production.

Our technicians on staff are experienced in the latest military and IPC standards for assembly, soldering, crimping and testing and are available to exceed all of your manufacturing needs. X Technologies operates a Quality Management System which is certified compliant with the requirements of AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 for the following scope of registration: design, development, manufacture and repair of aerospace systems and components.
